Job Summary

This role seeks an IT professional to ensure the seamless operation of complex IT landscapes. Daily activities involve providing user support to maintain smooth operations, managing and enhancing security systems to guarantee system integrity, and continuously monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructures and server environments. A core responsibility is rapid fault diagnosis and efficient problem resolution, alongside administering user accounts and access rights. The specialist will also be responsible for planning and implementing robust backup and recovery strategies, and managing the adaptation and updating of operating systems and software installations. Candidates must have completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or possess comparable relevant experience, including practical knowledge of Active Directory and networked IT systems, coupled with strong service orientation and excellent problem-solving skills.
