Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth IT infrastructure for the team. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Practical experience in user and rights management using Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of Windows and standard software
  • Routine experience working with ticket management systems like Jira or ServiceNow
  • Experience in hardware maintenance and mobile device management
