Job Summary
This role involves the meticulous assembly, wiring, and testing of low-voltage switchgear systems according to technical specifications and electrical schematics. The Switchgear Fitter is responsible for manufacturing and mounting busbars, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards, particularly DGUV V3, regarding operator protection and internal partitioning. Key responsibilities also include maintaining the required degree of protection and protection class, and performing comprehensive testing of the low-voltage systems based on quality assurance templates and documentation. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in electrical engineering (such as an Electrician specializing in industrial technology or Electrical Systems Fitter) and relevant professional experience. Success in this role requires reliability, strong teamwork skills, flexibility, and a careful, structured, and responsible approach to work.
