Job Summary

This role in Leverkusen seeks a dedicated Chemical Operator to manage and execute chemical production processes strictly following established recipes and instructions. Day-to-day responsibilities include the operation and meticulous monitoring of complex production plants and machinery. A core function involves sample taking, conducting analysis using specialized measuring instruments, and accurately documenting all results. The operator is also responsible for immediately initiating corrective measures if deviations or disturbances occur in the production flow, ensuring continuous adherence to stringent safety regulations and quality standards. Candidates must hold completed vocational training as a Chemical Operator or equivalent chemical-technical qualification. While experience in operating production plants is beneficial, the willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is mandatory for this full-time, permanent position, which offers a planned path to direct employment with the client.
