Job Summary
The Research Coordinator will manage complex administrative and financial aspects of large-scale research projects, specifically focusing on the TRR 387. Day-to-day responsibilities include independent project controlling, budget planning, and supporting project leaders with administrative tasks. A core function involves steering communication between administration, scientific staff, and funding bodies. The role also requires organizing international conferences and workshops, advising scientists on funding programs, and actively assisting with grant applications and final report generation. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a scientific field (e.g., Human Medicine, Molecular Medicine, Biochemistry, or Communications/Health Sciences) and possesses strong organizational, conceptual, and communicative skills. Experience in scientific project management and proficiency in German and English (minimum C1 level) are essential for successfully executing this demanding, yet rewarding, 24-month fixed-term management role within a highly competent team in Munich.
