Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Designer to join a specialized engineering team in Schwelm, focusing on the design and optimization of electrical systems for special machinery construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and updating electrical schematics using EPLAN P8, optimizing electrotechnical concepts for increased system efficiency, and designing and configuring control cabinets. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, software development, and project management teams. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification (ideally with Technician certification) and possesses professional experience in electrical design, preferably within machinery or plant construction. Strong expertise in EPLAN P8 and relevant electrical standards, along with fluent German and good English skills, are essential for success in this innovative and dynamic international environment.
