Job Summary

This role seeks a highly experienced Lead Engineer to drive the power electronics development for the innovative Transport System Bögl (TSB), focusing specifically on propulsion and levitation systems. You will serve as the technical project lead, managing the systems engineering lifecycle for inverters. Daily responsibilities include defining interface requirements, coordinating the integration of power electronics into new or existing vehicle architectures, performing impact analyses, and validating system functions. A core part of the job is steering and prioritizing technical solutions while managing internal and external development teams and suppliers. Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and possess multi-year experience as a Lead Engineer, coupled with proven expertise in vehicle power electronics development and integrating complex propulsion systems into overall vehicle architectures.
