Job Summary
As a Sustainability Manager at Max Bögl, you will play a pivotal role in driving green innovation within the Technical Building Services (TGA) division. Your daily responsibilities involve developing strategies for sustainability certifications such as DGNB, BREEAM, and LEED, alongside conducting life cycle assessments and economic feasibility studies. You will be instrumental in designing system solutions for decarbonization in structural engineering and evaluating primary energy requirements for commercial properties. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to manage external engineering firms, subcontractors, and various project stakeholders while providing expert advice to clients on renewable energy supply. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or a Degree in Engineering specializing in Renewable Energies or Sustainability Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in energy management and sustainability implementation for non-residential buildings
- Experience in managing project stakeholders including planning agencies, authorities, and suppliers
- Proven track record in conducting market research, benchmarking, and evaluating primary energy needs
- Experience in procurement of subcontractor services and managing external engineering consultants
