This role is ideal for a technically inclined professional eager to actively drive the energy transition by supporting the commissioning and optimization of modern smart energy systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical assistance via hotline and ticketing systems, troubleshooting installation issues, addressing compatibility questions, and configuring smart energy products for partners. You will build deep technical understanding of the products, analyze recurring problems, and propose process improvements, working closely with technical and product teams. Key requirements include a background in Electrical Engineering, IT, or Energy Management, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent German proficiency, as the role involves exclusive interaction with German-speaking clients and partners.
