AI Engineer | KI-Entwickler / AI Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role requires an experienced AI Engineer to develop, train, and optimize cutting-edge AI/Machine Learning models using Python and PyTorch. A core focus will be on designing, developing, and operating advanced Conversational AI and Agentic AI solutions, which include autonomous or semi-autonomous agents equipped with tools, memory, and sophisticated decision logic. Key tasks involve building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing embeddings and vector databases like Qdrant, and developing robust, API-based AI services using FastAPI. The engineer will also be responsible for integrating and orchestrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and containerizing/deploying services with Docker. This position offers significant creative freedom to work on modern, scalable AI architectures without the constraints of legacy systems, providing a clear business impact within a stable, ISO 27001 certified data center environment.
