This role is essential for driving the digital transformation and data-driven decision-making within a leading German insurance and building society group. As a Business Analyst in the Data Intelligence Center, you will join a dedicated team responsible for implementing Data Warehouse (DWH) and Business Intelligence (BI) solutions on the company's analytics platform. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing requirements, creating solution concepts (current/target concepts, weakness analyses), and performing data modeling across various analytic layers (Core DWH, Data Mart). You will act as a key communicative interface between specialist IT, application development, and IT operations, ensuring solutions are intelligent and efficient. The ideal candidate brings expertise in business process modeling, SQL, relational databases, and a passion for new technologies and continuous learning.
