This role is critical for the Workplace Services IT department, focusing on the administration, configuration, and continuous development of cloud-managed end devices. Key responsibilities include market analysis for new tools, participation in complex projects, and providing 3rd-level support, including fault analysis and resolution, often in collaboration with manufacturers.
