Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Bioassay Department in Munich, focusing on the establishment, optimization, transfer, and validation of new bioassays. The assistant will perform routine assays to determine the biological activity of biopharmaceuticals, primarily utilizing cell-based assays, ELISA, and FACS, strictly adhering to GMP-compliant conditions and documentation standards. A key responsibility is aseptic work with cells for cell-based assays. Key qualifications include completed training as a BTA, MTA, or CTA, coupled with profound hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture.
