Job Summary

This role involves the crucial task of registering and processing customer samples within the company's LIMS system, specifically in the Biologics sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving, verifying, labeling, and storing all incoming goods and materials, ranging from customer-specific samples to laboratory consumables, ensuring proper temperature control. The specialist will also meticulously check customer and delivery documents for completeness and accuracy, manage inventory through an electronic warehouse management system, and handle new orders to maintain stock levels. This position acts as a vital communication hub between procurement, suppliers, office, and laboratory, and supports daily lab operations by replenishing consumables. The ideal candidate will have a background in office administration or laboratory technology, with a keen interest in administrative tasks, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
