Job Summary

This role is for an IT Systems Support Engineer responsible for the supervision, support, and development of the company's IT infrastructure, focusing on system administration, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and end-user support within a mixed Windows and Linux environment. Day-to-day tasks include administering Windows Server and Ubuntu Linux environments, managing cybersecurity for email and file systems (especially Microsoft 365 Exchange), and ensuring GDPR/Information Security compliance. The engineer will also manage the existing ERP system, coordinate end-user support with external service providers, and directly handle IT support, troubleshooting, and timely problem resolution for end-users.
