Job Summary
As an IT / ERP Support Engineer at TPC Germany GmbH in Dresden, you will play a critical role in maintaining the digital backbone of a company supporting major semiconductor factory expansions. Your daily responsibilities involve a diverse mix of legacy ERP system maintenance (ASP frontend/SQL backend), Microsoft 365 administration, and the specialized management of the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform. You will ensure system stability, cybersecurity, and end-user support while managing hardware inventory and network infrastructure including VPNs and firewalls. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a variety of technical challenges ranging from database backups to project management software optimization. The role offers the unique opportunity to work within the high-tech semiconductor construction industry, requiring 100% office presence in Dresden to provide responsive, high-quality technical support to the engineering and project teams.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant IT security certifications are a plus.
Experience
- 2-3 years in IT support, ERP/application support, or infrastructure management
- Professional experience with SQL Server backends and database maintenance
- Professional experience in Windows Server and Active Directory administration
- Experience in engineering, construction, or industrial environments is preferred
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly preferred
