Job Summary
This role involves being the primary contact for IT incident and change resolution, providing essential IT support across multiple locations. The IT Service Manager will ensure the smooth administration of IT infrastructure and efficient operation of IT systems, particularly those supporting production, payroll, attendance, and databases. A key responsibility is implementing global IT standards and processes to ensure compliance and consistency. The position also includes managing relationships with local IT service providers, overseeing procurement, and acting as the local IT Security Officer, implementing and monitoring security measures and responding to incidents. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with strong technical and communication skills to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
