Job Summary

As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in the planning, implementation, and ongoing support of server and network infrastructures, leveraging technologies such as VMware, Microsoft, and Linux. Your daily tasks will involve administering and enhancing virtualization platforms, including VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365 integrations. You will also be responsible for deploying robust storage solutions, designing and executing backup strategies, and managing network management systems, monitoring tools, and reporting services. This role requires a proactive approach to incident management, troubleshooting, and serving as a key technical contact for server and network infrastructure service calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be a team player, and have the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
