Job Summary

This role involves leading construction sites across the Berlin-Brandenburg area, focusing specifically on building technology systems, including electrical installations, fire alarm and security systems, and building automation. The Construction Manager will be the primary contact for site execution and progress, overseeing technicians and subcontractors, conducting regular status meetings, and ensuring the final handover to the customer. Key responsibilities include site inspections, verifying professional execution of work, initiating countermeasures for changing conditions, and ensuring compliance with VDE regulations and site safety standards. Candidates should possess an electro-technical qualification, ideally a Master Craftsman or Technician degree, coupled with experience in low-voltage systems or building automation. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage diverse groups on site, and fluency in German are essential for success in this demanding leadership position.
