Job Summary
This role seeks an experienced ITIL Expert to drive continuous improvement and optimization of IT service management processes. The successful candidate will analyze and enhance existing ITIL processes, consult internal teams and clients on best practices, and ensure strict adherence to ITIL standards across various projects. Key responsibilities include creating comprehensive process documentation, guidelines, and reports, as well as conducting training sessions and workshops on ITIL topics. Collaboration with IT Architects, the Service Desk, and specialist departments is crucial for optimizing overall service quality. This position requires a strong background in IT service management, relevant ITIL certifications (ideally ITIL 4 Managing Professional), and proficiency in ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management, making it an excellent opportunity to leverage deep expertise in a dynamic technological environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification; ITIL Certification (minimum ITIL Foundation, ideally ITIL 4 Managing Professional)
