Job Summary

This role involves leading complex construction projects within the Life Science sector, focusing on technical building equipment (TGA). The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including developing technical implementation concepts, coordinating various technical trades, and ensuring economic project execution within the fee structure. A key aspect is team leadership, managing project budgets, implementing cost, change, and supplementary claim management, and acting as the primary interface between clients, users, architects, and experts. Candidates must possess a degree in Life Science or Process Engineering, combined with extensive professional experience (minimum 5 years) in industrial projects within the Life Science, Chemical, or Plant Construction sectors, ideally in pharmaceuticals. Strong proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required, along with readiness for project-related travel within the DACH region.
