Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the Electrical Engineering and FMCS team (approximately 10 employees) for a high-tech consultancy specializing in automation solutions for the semiconductor industry in Dresden. The Team Leader will be responsible for the technical planning, coordination, and supervision of electrical, automation, and control technology projects. A core focus is on economic project management, including cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk management. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients, project management, and partners to ensure requirements are met, and collaborating across departments to optimize processes and technologies. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, possesses several years of experience in electrical project management (ideally involving switchgear planning), and demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills.
