Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious professional specializing in industrial automation, focusing on PLC programming and system commissioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing complete PLC software, primarily using the TIA Portal, configuring automation components, and integrating them into the control software. You will also be responsible for designing operator panels in collaboration with mechanical and electrical engineering teams, clarifying interfaces to material flow computers, and conducting comprehensive system tests. A significant part of the role involves the on-site commissioning of machinery and systems, both domestically and internationally, including supporting plant ramp-up and conducting performance tests. The position requires a degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology and a willingness to travel up to 40% within Germany and occasionally across Europe.
