Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of the Business Applications team, focusing on professionalizing the department and identifying growth opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing employee training and development, ensuring the successful implementation and operation of critical HR and Document Management Systems (DMS) such as TimeCard, Softgarden, Helix, and docuware. The successful candidate will drive efficiency by analyzing and optimizing existing processes and collaborating interdepartmentally to deliver innovative solutions. Key qualifications include a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, proven experience in team leadership within group structures, and expertise in managing ALM, HR, and DMS systems.
