Job Summary

As a Release Train Engineer at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for steering and developing the Agile Release Train (ART) within complex organizational structures. Your daily activities include facilitating PI Planning, managing SAFe events, and ensuring cross-departmental synchronization. You will act as a high-level coach for teams, Product Owners, and project managers, promoting the consistent application of agile methodologies and ensuring high engineering standards such as test automation and DevOps practices. A significant part of the role involves identifying and removing impediments, managing risks, and mediating conflicts in heterogeneous teams.
