Job Summary

This IT Application Manager role focuses on taking responsibility for and continuously developing IT systems within the Research & Development sector. Day-to-day duties involve ensuring system operation, engaging in proactive consultation with specialized departments, and coordinating external service providers. A core component of the job is supporting projects aimed at optimizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and collaboratively designing the future system architecture. Technically, the role requires configuring web applications and independently developing system extensions using Java, HTML, and SQL. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, professional experience in system support (ideally PLM and Polarion), and a strong affinity for process and system design. This position offers the opportunity to actively shape technological advancements and utilize both application management and hands-on development skills.
