Job Summary

This leadership role involves overseeing the entire Manufacturing Technology department, focusing on optimizing efficiency and driving process improvement. The Head of Manufacturing Technology will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth operational flow through process monitoring and coordination, and continuously developing and optimizing existing manufacturing processes. A key technical focus includes assessing the feasibility of new inductive components and managing all associated manufacturing documentation, such as construction regulations and test plans. Furthermore, the role requires technical handling of complaints, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Development, Quality Assurance, and Sales. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background, extensive experience in electronics manufacturing, and is proficient in Lean Management and quality assurance practices, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills in both German and English.
