Job Summary

This critical role involves leading the Bridge Modernization team within Germany's largest infrastructure operator, managing the renewal and maintenance of federal highway infrastructure. The Team Leader will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of the team, optimizing workflows, and coordinating the professional development of personnel. Day-to-day tasks include project-spanning coordination, steering, and quality assurance for internal and external planning services, focusing on new construction, expansion, and maintenance measures, particularly bridge modernization. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with a focus on road planning and possesses several years of professional experience in project-related technical leadership and infrastructure planning, alongside fluent German skills.
