Job Summary

This critical role, situated in Fürstenfeldbruck, involves acting as an IT Dispatcher and Service Coordinator, ensuring the efficient and secure delivery of IT services to the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). The primary responsibilities include the intake, qualitative review, and subsequent processing and disposition of technician deployments. You will be tasked with the tool-supported steering of service technicians, ensuring assignments are planned for technical, economic, and timely feasibility, and strictly adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position requires strong communication skills to coordinate effectively between customers, external contractors, and internal interfaces, while also supporting organizational and administrative duties. Candidates must possess a completed IT vocational training or equivalent, coupled with at least three years of relevant experience in dispatching and scheduling, along with strong IT affinity and proficiency in ticket systems and MS Office.
