Job Summary
This critical role involves driving the global brand strategy for oncology and supportive therapies within a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. The Global Brand Manager is responsible for creating comprehensive Product Brand Plans for various regions, setting strategic objectives for the product/therapy area in collaboration with local teams, and implementing and monitoring the full marketing mix. Daily tasks include conducting in-depth market and competitor analyses, managing budgets, coordinating business cases for product optimization and country expansion, and overseeing external agencies. Success in this position requires a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within Generics or Oncology, coupled with strategic thinking and exceptional intercultural competence.
