Job Summary

This is a direct placement opportunity for an experienced PLC Automation Specialist to join a client company in Winterbach. In this role, you will be crucial in the special machine construction sector, focusing on the full software lifecycle of automation systems. Key responsibilities include creating and engineering programs for control systems primarily utilizing Siemens PLC controllers (Simatic S7 and TIA Portal, using KOP and SCL). You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive documentation for operators, conducting internal acceptance testing, and accompanying the commissioning of systems at customer sites. The ideal candidate holds a technical qualification or degree in Automation, Control, or Regulation Technology and possesses strong professional experience in special machine construction. This position requires excellent communication skills in both German and English and a willingness to travel for customer site work.
