Job Summary

This position is ideal for an experienced Electronics Systems Engineer passionate about driving the development and analysis of complex electronic systems, including Sensor-Actuator Systems and Electronic Control Units (ECUs). Day-to-day tasks involve independently analyzing requirement specifications, defining the E/E product architecture, and managing comprehensive system integration. You will lead technical system projects across hardware, software, and mechanical components, ensuring all development adheres strictly to automotive standards, particularly A-SPICE. A crucial element of the role is conducting feasibility studies and managing technical negotiations with both external development partners and OEMs/suppliers. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering and professional experience in electronic system design and integration. Expertise in automotive development processes (like IATF16949 and A-SPICE) and strong communication skills, fluent in both German and English, are required to manage diverse internal and external interfaces effectively.
