Job Summary

This role involves the development of automated test systems for electronic printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) within a high-tech environment. As a Radio Frequency (RF) Development Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing complex RF signal chains—ranging from antennas and RFoF to cables and analyzers—while ensuring technological, economic, and qualitative standards are met. You will work closely with R&D departments to implement innovative testing methods and robust processes for series production. The day-to-day work includes performing precise measurements using spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNA), and oscilloscopes. Required Skills

Education

Completed University Degree or experienced Technician in Electrical Engineering, specializing in High-Frequency (RF) or Communications Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in high-frequency circuit design and signal processing
  • Experience in the development and optimization of innovative testing methods
  • Practical experience using HF development and simulation tools such as Altium Designer and CST
  • Experience in implementing robust test processes for high-volume series production
  • Proven track record in conducting complex RF measurements and signal chain analysis
