This role is ideal for a qualified Civil Engineer or Construction Technician specializing in underground construction and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning and development of projects focused on sewage, pipeline, road construction, and site development/open space projects. A core component of the role involves taking on construction management duties for complex underground tasks, participating in site meetings and inspections, and handling administrative tasks such as tendering, creating and reviewing specifications (Leistungsverzeichnisse), and invoice verification. Candidates must possess a degree in engineering or a technician/master qualification, coupled with professional experience in civil and structural engineering, particularly in sewer and pipeline construction. Proficiency in standard IT applications (MS Office, AVA) and CAD software is essential for success in this demanding and rewarding position.
