Job Summary

This role as Team Leader, Electrical Testing Services, based in Rostock, is central to ensuring electrical safety and quality for OMS clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and coordinating a team of 2-5 inspectors on-site, conducting comprehensive electrical safety checks (Elektro-Check) of portable devices, and digitally identifying and documenting electrical hazards and defects using diagnostic software. The Team Leader is responsible for generating digital measurement protocols and error reports, coordinating testing procedures directly with customers, and liaising closely with project management regarding assignments. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed electro-technical apprenticeship, demonstrate meticulous work habits, and enjoy direct customer contact.
