This role involves leading a team of 2-5 electrical testers in Karlsruhe, providing essential electrical safety checks (Elektro-Check) for clients, primarily focusing on portable equipment. Key responsibilities include performing on-site safety inspections, digitally recording electrical hazards and defects (such as insulation values and protective conductor resistance) using dedicated diagnostic software and smartphones. The Team Leader is responsible for generating accurate measurement protocols and error reports directly from the software, coordinating the testing workflow with clients, and managing the on-site team. Candidates must possess a completed electro-technical apprenticeship, demonstrate meticulous work habits, and have strong customer interaction skills.
