This strategic leadership role involves actively shaping the future of a key growth area by leading the Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic Diseases (CVRM) Operating Unit in the German market. The Head will be responsible for developing a clear mission, driving the successful market positioning of innovative therapies, and establishing Roche as a leader in the CVRM space. Day-to-day activities include visionary leadership of a cross-functional squad (Marketing, Medical, Market Access), strategic portfolio steering (Phase I-III), managing P&L, and building robust partnerships with external healthcare stakeholders. This position requires connecting entrepreneurial action with strategic agility to ensure successful market introductions in a highly complex environment, while fostering an inclusive and development-focused team culture.
