Job Summary

This role involves planning, developing, and delivering technical training sessions—including in-person, online, and hybrid formats—for customers, partners, and internal staff regarding HMF Smart Solutions' products and systems. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining comprehensive training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content, while collaborating closely with Product Management, Development, Support, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Communications Engineering or a related field, coupled with significant technical experience and strong didactic skills for knowledge transfer. Experience with complex technical systems, IT-related solutions, and a willingness to integrate AI-supported tools into modern training concepts are essential. The position requires excellent German and good English skills, structured self-management, and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
