Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced RF Engineer or Radio Network Planner to join a leading provider of mission-critical mobile communication solutions. The core responsibilities involve the end-to-end planning, dimensioning, and optimization of various radio networks, including 4G/5G, WLAN, IoT, and critical public safety networks (BOS). Day-to-day tasks include conducting complex radio simulations, capacity calculations, coverage analyses, and performing detailed field measurements and evaluations. You will be instrumental in creating network concepts, managing frequency planning, and resolving performance issues in live network operations, requiring strong coordination skills with internal project management and external partners. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with practical experience in radio network planning and proficiency in specialized planning tools like HTZ Communications.
