Job Summary

Join the INTILION AG team and actively shape the energy transition by managing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. This role involves comprehensive site management, from initial setup to final handover, ensuring continuous power supply solutions. Day-to-day tasks include planning installations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining stringent quality standards, and ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations by creating necessary HSE documents. You will also serve as a key technical resource for service partners during maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics, coupled with significant experience in site management and medium-voltage systems, along with a passion for renewable energy. The position requires strong German and good English skills, plus extensive travel (4-5 days/week) within the DACH region. Required Skills

Education

Completed training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; Ideally, further qualification as a Master Craftsman/Technician or a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in electrical, electronic, or mechatronics roles
  • Several years of experience in construction site management, especially focusing on plant construction (Anlagenbau)
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching (preferred)
