Job Summary

This role as Site Manager, Electrical Engineering, is crucial for driving the energy transition by overseeing the end-to-end installation of large-scale energy storage systems for commercial, industrial, and grid infrastructure clients. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the entire installation process, coordinating external subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to high quality standards, and managing project handovers. A critical component of the role is securing compliance with accident prevention regulations, creating risk assessments, and managing project-specific HSE documentation. Candidates must possess a strong background, evidenced by vocational training (Electrician, Mechatronics) plus multi-year experience, or an electrical engineering degree, ideally complemented by Master Craftsman or Technician certification. Experience in site management, particularly in plant construction and medium-voltage systems, is essential. The position offers significant autonomy, a dynamic startup environment within the #INTILIONfamily, flexible home office options, a modern company car (available for private use), and 30 days of annual leave. Note that high travel readiness (4-5 days/week) across the DACH region is required.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical trades (Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician) or an Electrical Engineering degree. Ideally, further qualification as a Master Craftsman or Technician.

Experience

  • Multi-year professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician, or an electrical engineering degree.
  • Multi-year experience in site management, ideally focused on plant construction.
  • Practical experience with medium-voltage systems.
