Job Summary

The Senior Product Advanced Quality Engineer, based in Karlsruhe, will act as a key technical expert ensuring the highest quality standards and functional safety compliance for cutting-edge automotive products. This role involves the technical leadership and moderation of interdisciplinary development teams, focusing heavily on creating and maintaining comprehensive Functional Safety documentation according to ISO 26262. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, introducing new process methodologies (like ASPICE and ISO 9000/90001), and performing detailed safety analyses and metric calculations (ASIL, SPFM, LFM). The engineer will also conduct Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and review critical safety work products (FMEA, HARA). This position offers the opportunity to mentor colleagues, drive innovation in process quality, and ensure product reliability across the entire safety lifecycle from early development through production launch.
