Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the highest quality standards for new automotive products and processes, spanning from early development through to series production launch. The Advanced Quality Engineer acts as a critical link, combining technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills to reliably meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating the development team in creating Functional Safety documentation (ISO 26262), reviewing these documents, and moderating workshops to define technical measures for meeting safety goals and metrics. You will also be responsible for conducting Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for new products and changes, defining quality criteria across prototype and series phases, and performing root-cause analyses (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why). This position requires a strong technical background, professional experience, and fluent German and good English skills, offering an opportunity to be a key driver of quality and innovation within the international automotive supply industry.
