This role, based in Bremen, is seeking an IT Process Manager, specifically functioning as a WMS Key User, to be the central IT contact for all site users starting July 1, 2026. The professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operations, supporting the operational and administrative teams with IT and Warehouse Management System (WMS) issues, and acting as the crucial interface between end-users and central IT. Day-to-day tasks include managing IT requests and disturbances via a ticketing system, maintaining stable application operations, and contributing to system and process optimizations.
