This role seeks a structured, motivated, and goal-oriented individual to lead a technical field service team within a leading regional IT system house, specializing in Data Centers, IT Infrastructures, Cloud Services, and Security Solutions. The Team Leader will manage and develop team members, ensuring service-oriented customer support, and assisting clients in advancing their IT standards and facilities. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing IT workflows, providing on-site technical support for rollouts, and acting as a technical point of contact for colleagues and customers. Key requirements include a technical degree or completed technical training, strong communication skills, and a high degree of service orientation.
