Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing a team of approximately 10 employees while ensuring the productive operation and maintenance of server infrastructure within the company's proprietary data centers (BADEN CLOUD®). The Team Leader will bridge the gap between team operations and management, taking responsibility for the organization and planning of colocation space, and driving necessary process optimization initiatives. Key responsibilities also include budget and requirements planning and leading internal projects. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science or a relevant IT qualification combined with several years of professional experience, ideally within a hosting provider environment.
