Job Summary
This role involves providing essential IT support and administration services for a non-profit organization focused on social services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the User Helpdesk, resolving technical inquiries (via calls and tickets), and handling the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of all IT assets, including mobile devices and laptops. You will also be responsible for installing, administering, and supporting end-user devices, conducting field services at external facilities, and providing system training for new employees. Key requirements include professional IT expertise, strong knowledge of network administration and operating systems, and a qualification such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent. This position offers a stable, full-time contract with competitive compensation (starting at approximately €3,296 to €3,917 gross per month), flexible working hours, 30 days of vacation, and the possibility of 40% mobile work after the initial training period.

Vocational training or further education as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Management Clerk, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in IT, ideally within the social economy sector (desirable)
- Experience in the administration of networks and operating systems
