Job Summary

This role involves actively participating in the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of client environments within a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider. The technician will be responsible for end-to-end client management, including processing support tickets through ITSM systems, staging, configuring, and issuing/retrieving client devices. Key daily tasks include installing and provisioning Windows 10/11 systems using SCCM according to standard guidelines, managing user and device entries in Active Directory, and performing the setup, dismantling, and professional cabling of workplace equipment. Candidates must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or at least one year of practical IT experience, coupled with strong administrative knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
