Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT Engineer specializing in Operational Technology (OT) seeking to ensure the secure and uninterrupted operation of IT-supported production facilities within the high-performance communication technology sector, specifically for the space industry. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting the team in maintaining operational stability, documenting industrial assets, communication protocols, and network architectures, and assisting with the migration of systems into new or existing networks. A critical component of the job is providing rapid support during production disruptions and maintaining close collaboration between the shop floor, production team, and central IT. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, possesses fundamental knowledge of industrial control systems, network technologies, and operating systems (Windows, Linux), and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with security standards like IEC 62443 is a plus, making this a challenging and rewarding position for an OT specialist.
