Join 8com, a leading international cyber security partner based in Neustadt an der Weinstraße, as a Level 1 Cyber Security Analyst. This role is the first line of defense within the Security Operations Center (SOC), focusing on the analysis, documentation, and evaluation of security alerts received in the high-security environment. Day-to-day tasks involve communicating results directly to clients, ensuring rapid information transfer, and escalating severe incidents to Level 2 teams for effective resolution. You will actively support Incident Response cases and contribute to continuous process improvement through knowledge sharing and Lessons Learned. The ideal candidate has a relevant IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and professional experience in the IT industry, coupled with strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
